Refund policy

4.1 Return window

You may return eligible products within 20 days of delivery.

4.2 Condition

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and complete original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. We may reduce a refund to reflect any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

4.3 How to start a return

Contact contact@oplite-usa.com with your order number to receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

4.4 Return shipping (non-defective returns)

For returns that are not due to a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label, and its cost will be deducted from your refund.

4.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, less the return shipping cost. Original (outbound) shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.6 Damaged in transit or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can file a carrier claim. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. No deduction applies in these cases. Defects that appear later are covered by our Limited Warranty.

4.7 Non-returnable items

We do not currently designate any products as non-returnable. All eligible products may be returned, subject to the conditions in this policy.

4.8 Your legal rights

Our 20-day return policy for change of mind is a commercial policy offered in addition to your legal rights. Its deadlines, condition requirements and charges do not restrict the remedies available to you under mandatory law for products that are defective, not as described or not delivered, nor your legal warranties (including, for consumers residing in Quebec, those provided by the Consumer Protection Act).
