Limited Warranty

6.1 Coverage

OPLITE USA Inc. warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

6.2 What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, or use that is not in accordance with the product instructions.

6.3 Remedy

If a valid defect is reported within the warranty period, OPLITE USA Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the purchase price.

6.4 How to make a claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@oplite-usa.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We may ask for photos or for the product to be returned for inspection.

6.5 Statutory rights

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
